A fantastic Chef de Partie job on the Isle of Skye paying a package of around £35,000 has become available for an award winning, world-renowned 3AA Rosette Restaurant with rooms.

Live In Chef de Partie job in Skye Highlights:

  • Basic salary of £26,330 for 41 hours per week.
  • Overtime paid hourly for anything above 41 hours. (Anticipated annual pay approx. £28/30k)
  • Plus share of tips/tronc, around £5,400 per year before tax – taking your anticipated earnings to around £35k per annum.
  • Affordable Living: Benefit from subsidized live-in accommodation at just £275 per month, bills included!
  • Each person gets their own room within a shared house. Many of the rooms have their own bathrooms (depending on availability) and the properties include full Lounge, Kitchen, Laundry facilities etc.
  • Christmas and News Years OFF work – The Restaurant is closed between roughly 20th December to 20th January.
  • 28 days holiday, increasing annually up to 31 days.
  • 4 days per week. Straight shifts only – excellent work life balance.
  • Direct report to the supportive Head Chef and working within a fantastic brigade of around 12.
  • World Renowned 3AA Rosette Restaurant. Working with locally sourced produce, some of the finest shellfish and meat in Scotland.
