We are a recruiting on behalf of a local company in search of a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Team Leader to support the overall team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their skill set with diverse responsibilities in HR, office management, and IT.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functioning.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent IT skills (especially Excel) and be able to solve general IT issues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience in HR and office management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
