Our client, Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking 2 Social Workers for its Mental Health Discharge team.
These roles will last 3 months initially.

Details of the role:
- New Mental Health Discharge team
- Working in Mental Health
- Working in acute hospitals to facilitate discharge
- Discharge to assess
- Work with MDT and wards.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have at least 2 years' experience of working in Mental Health and acute hospitals
