Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in relevant sectors.
- Craft proposals and presentations to attract and secure partnerships.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue growth.
- Design and deliver training programs for partners on products and services.
- Provide necessary tools and marketing materials to support partner success.
- Conduct regular product updates and training refreshers.
- Act as the primary contact for partners, fostering long-term relationships.
- Support partners in closing deals and discovering new business opportunities.
- Track partner performance to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or account management.
- Strong network and relationship management skills in B2B sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and training plans.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
