Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant (2yrs min.) to join a leading law firm in London. This is a 12 months FTC maternity cover. Hybrid working.
If you have 2 years' experience as an HR Assistant in a law firm or similar corporate environment, this role could be ideal for you. Working in a highly regarded HR team of c40, this generalist HR Assistant role is broad and varied. Duties include -
- Responding to HR queries
- Inductions and onboarding of new joiners
- Updating HR database
- Liaising with Line Managers and Hiring Managers
- Scheduling employee catch-ups and reviews
- Arranging exit interviews
- Assisting the Recruitment team and Graduate Recruitment team when required
- Note taking at grievance meetings
- Supporting the HR team with HR admin including co-ordinating pre-employment checks
You will need to have excellent organisational skills, at least 2 years' experience as an HR Assistant and good academics.
