EXPERIMENTATION SPECIALIST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
I have partnered exclusively with a retail conglomerate on a key Experimentation Specialist hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Experimentation Specialist responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests across digital marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid search, display ads) to improve performance and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data analytics, and marketing to develop test hypotheses and strategies
- Use data insights from both online and in-store customer interactions to identify opportunities for optimisation
- Manage end-to-end test processes: from initial concept and setup to post-test analysis and reporting
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Experimentation Specialist will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in designing and running digital marketing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with statistical testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Experience with a range of marketing channels (paid, organic, email, etc.) and an understanding of how to optimize them through experimentation
THE BENEFITS
The successful Experimentation Specialist will receive a salary of up to £45,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
