Day to day of the role:
- Office-based work with occasional site visits.
- Pricing, producing bills of quantities, and taking off from drawings.
- Managing ongoing costs and reporting on variations.
- Taking projects through to final accounts.
- Collaborating with teams across the UK on various construction projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Open to graduates, individuals part-way through their course seeking day release, or those with experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
