Start: Immediate

Location: Central London - hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Pay rate: £250 to £350 per day + Holiday pay

Expected duration: 6 months (May extend)

Overview
Our client is a global retail and tech giant. They are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to manage the cross-functional delivery of multi-channel campaigns to recruit associates to into fulfilment centres across Europe. You will track, assess, and report on the results of campaigns, and implement improvements. The role requires you to feel comfortable working and clearly communicating with other regional functional teams and a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate-facing multi-channel campaigns across EU that achieve key performance metric goals, ensuring application delivery is at the right level and campaigns launch according to business need
  • Analyse performance data to evaluate appropriate marketing direction to solve hiring demand for the business
  • Partner with internal Performance Marketing team and Hiring Agencies for campaign planning and delivery, ensuring efficiency through campaign optimisation
  • Act as Marketing lead for business stakeholders to build awareness, drive adoption, articulate trade-offs, and communicate Marketing initiatives, plans and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in performance marketing (preferred) or lead generation marketing
  • Experience in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns
  • Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Experience in campaign monitoring, working with dashboards and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing projects with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English

Preferred qualifications

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and/or staffing processes and nuances in local labour markets
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Experience in project management
