Account Manager

My client is a PR and Digital Agency currently looking for an Account Manager to come on board and join the team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple client accounts
  • Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Working closely with clients to develop strategies across digital and communications
  • Update internal project management software
  • Leverage technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations
  • Clear and detailed upward and downward briefing to deliver tactical activities
  • Get to know your client needs, work to anticipate them and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Demonstrable experience of running comms/marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all services delivered.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Ideally agency experience or in-house managing multiple brands
  • Capable of building strong relationships with our clients
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Sharp attention to detail
