We are currently seeking a diligent Collections advisor to join our team. As a Collection's advisor , you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding payments
- Analyse accounts and recommend appropriate actions
- Follow credit control proceedings
- Enter accurate payment information into the system
- Handle financial services related to accounts payable
