Role:
- The team deals with claims from Simple Procedure to Ordinary Cause including fraudulent claims. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of credit hire files, demonstrating a robust understanding of the legal process from inception to conclusion. The role entails providing expert legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients with the utmost professionalism. Skills & Experience:
- Experience handling litigated motor claims
- Analytical skills – The ability to critically look at factual evidence, identify key legal arguments and apply the same.
