Customer Service Advisor

£13.21 per hour
Working in a growing, friendly and supportive team, we are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience for an on-going temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.
Hours: Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)
Key Accountabilities:
- Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Placing orders accurately over the phone
- Entering customer and order details onto an intenral system
- Explaining the benefits of ordering online with a view to encouraging further orders to be placed through the website
- Answering queries and handling complaints as needed
_You will need to demonstrate: _
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Confident working knowledge of MS Office
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
- Good organisation and planning skills
