About you
You will have demonstrable Knowledge of and related experience of ServiceNow software - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum requirement).
Knowledge of ITIL, how it relates to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and how ServiceNow can be exploited to optimise ITSM best practices.
Demonstrable knowledge of and related experience of CMDB and related functionality (e.g. Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors).
Demonstrable knowledge of and related experience within software development environment
Knowledge and vast experience of relevant software engineering-based development practices
A clear understanding of and ability to explain complex engineering developments, along with good overall patterns and practices.
Demonstrable experience and understanding of working in teams and in Agile environments, we utilise SAFe here at CBS.
Proven experience of automated testing techniques and testing frameworks and a demonstrable understanding of scripting (Javascript predominantly).
You will have either a Software Engineering related qualification and/or strong, in-depth software development experience in a commercial environment, specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
As a senior member of the team some experience of coaching/mentoring others is also key and the opportunity to help team members develop should be something that motivates you.
