Job Title: Sales and Lettings Valuer
Location: Shirley
Basic £25,000- £30,000 (negotiable)+ 5% from sales
OTE: £50,000 (uncapped)
Required: 1 year's experience

Our client, a rappidly growing estate agent base in Solihull ,is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Lettings Valuer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the property industry with a company that values expertise and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for lettings, providing reliable market rental assessments.
  • Provide expert advice to landlords on property value, market conditions, and rental strategies.
  • Stay updated with local rental market trends and analyse data to inform valuations and client advice.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the lettings process.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving lettings targets.
  • Assist in negotiating rental agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in property lettings valuations, preferably within the estate agency industry.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 09:00am-05:00pm
**Saturday:**10:00am-02:00pm-Remote
