Job Title: Sales and Lettings Valuer

Basic £25,000- £30,000 (negotiable)+ 5% from sales
OTE: £50,000 (uncapped)

Our client, a rappidly growing estate agent base in Solihull ,is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Lettings Valuer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in the property industry with a company that values expertise and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and comprehensive property valuations for lettings, providing reliable market rental assessments.
- Provide expert advice to landlords on property value, market conditions, and rental strategies.
- Stay updated with local rental market trends and analyse data to inform valuations and client advice.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, offering exceptional customer service and support throughout the lettings process.
- Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to achieving lettings targets.
- Assist in negotiating rental agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in property lettings valuations, preferably within the estate agency industry.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 09:00am-05:00pm
**Saturday:**10:00am-02:00pm-Remote
