**Talent Acquisition Intern / Graduate Trainee - Group Hires (Dubai & Hong Kong)
Programme Snapshot
A 2**-month paid internship (with a pathway to extension or permanent hire)** in which you'll learn end-to-end recruitment while helping our Executive Team scale two high-growth offices:
- Dubai - Real Estate Agents
- Hong Kong - Recruitment Consultants
You'll rotate through sourcing, employer branding, interview coordination and onboarding, gaining hands-on exposure to two vibrant talent markets and to C-suite decision-making.
What You'll Do

- Track engagement metrics in Canva/Hootsuite dashboards.Brand storytelling, content analyticsData & ATS Operations• Update the ATS (Greenhouse/Workable) daily.
- Pull weekly funnel reports (time-to-hire, source quality, DEI stats).Recruitment analytics, Excel/Sheets tricksOnboarding Support• Assemble welcome packs, assist with visa or MPF paperwork.
- Coordinate first-day IT and Facilities checklists.HR compliance, cross-border onboarding
Who You Are
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing or related field.
- Genuine curiosity about recruitment, sales-led cultures, and people analytics.
- Comfortable working in English; Arabic (Dubai) or Cantonese/Mandarin (HK) are pluses.
- Super-organised: you juggle multiple calendars without dropping the ball.
- Digital native with basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and an eye for social-media trends.
- Eligible to work in either Dubai or Hong Kong and able to overlap 2 hours/day with the other time zone.
