PA to CEO opportunity supporting the CEO and Board in a successful insurance firm in the City.

  • Location: City (walk from Fenchurch Street/Liverpool Street)
  • PA to CEO & Board (CEO + 4 Board members)
  • Salary: 50k + BONUS & EXCELLENT BENEFITS
  • Hybrid: (3 days in office/2 from home)

PA role supporting a busy CEO & 4 Board members, managing diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, handling expenses, and preparing reports and documents. You will collate company information and prepare strong PowerPoint presentations. You'll liaise with various clients and departments, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries.

Key responsibilities also include organising reports and packs for monthly Board Meetings and assisting with event coordination and special projects. This role requires a proactive approach to supporting busy Executives.

  • Assist the CEO and Board in achieving company objectives.
  • Prepare and coordinate board packs and meeting documents, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Collate company information, and produce quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Provide administrative support, including document collation, presentations, correspondence, and meeting arrangements.
  • Manage the diaries for the CEO and 4 Directors, ensuring efficient time use and preparation.
  • Take meeting minutes, report action points, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Manage calls, emails and messages.
  • Oversee monthly business and personal expenses.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation in line with company policies.
  • Organise events for the CEO and Directors, attending as necessary.

PA Profile:

  • Proven PA experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, or legal
  • Strong academic background
  • Proactive, with initiative, excellent organisational skills, & able to prioritise and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise at all levels and build strong relationships
  • Maintains high confidentiality, confident and efficient, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude
