Your Role:

- Mix and match paint colours to achieve precise colour matching.
- Apply paint using spray guns for a flawless finish.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure the highest standards of work.
- Adhere to established painting procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of painting equipment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Production Painter and Prepper in an automotive environment.
- Expertise in paint application techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing.
- Proficiency with spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in colour matching.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a painting setting.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
