No.1 Project Manager Required - Established Main Contractor - £5m Power Station - Ipswich
My client is a multidisciplinary main contractor that excels in the delivery of construction projects on a scale. They are privately owned and this year will turn over in excess of £50 million for a growing list of blue chip clients.
Duties:
- Reporting directly into the Construction Director
- Overseeing all aspects of on-site delivery including organization, and motivation of delivery teams.
- Responsible for project strategies, Programme management and is able to perform under pressure effectively and within tight timescales
- driving programmes forward and undertaking commercial cost control
- Ability to reduce cost and improve programmes.
Requirements:
- Previous Power Station or Petro Chemical Construction Experience
- Experience in working on Logistically tight projects
- Experience Leading Projects in excess of £4million
- Available to start within the next 4 weeks ideally (some flexibility here for the right candidate)
