A very well-respected firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer to join their expanding team in Leeds. This presents an amazing opportunity to carve a niche for yourself in the north and contribute towards enhancing the firm's reputation.
In this role, you'll be tasked with assisting the team in handling a variety of high-value deputyship and personal injury trust matters. You'll be pivotal to the firm's success by delivering sound advice, drafting court applications, and overseeing annual OPG reports, among other vital duties. As the backbone of the team, your role will be integral in shaping the firm's growth and success in Leeds.
Are you a diligent, motivated, and experienced solicitor with a passion for working with individuals who lack mental capacity?
