Role: Internal Engagement Officer (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,500
Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00hrs)
Location: Warrington (WA3)
Contract: Minimum 6-month contract
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Engagement Officer to work in a hybrid role, for our client based in the Birchwood area of Warrington.
You will be working with the lead team to develop an internal communication plan to engage a team of 1700 professionals working across 25 offices in the EU, Middle East and Asia.
As the Internal Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for;
- Maintain, develop and coordinate initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement.
- Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, engaged and aligned with company goals.
- Manage internal communication channels such as intranets, emails etc.
- Support the organisation in person, at Awards Events for approximately 150 people in March 2025.
- Manage monthly business briefs including agenda items, presenter preparation and presentation material.
- Collaborate with HR, leaderships and other departments to support engagement activities.
As the Internal Engagement Officer, you will have the following skills/experience;
- Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably internal communications or HR.
- Knowledge of using communication platforms and tools e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.

- Occasional travel maybe required to attend off-site events.
