THE BUSINESS:
Zero Global is working with a pioneering cleantech innovator transforming waste into opportunity empowering industries to repurpose captured carbon and by-products from agriculture and manufacturing into profitable, sustainable solutions. As part of our commitment to renewable energy expansion, we are seeking a Solar Project Manager to lead solar projects from planning through to commissioning.
Solar Project Manager:
Take ownership of solar projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and budget control while collaborating with developers and network operators to drive sustainable energy solutions.
Key Skills & Duties:
- Plan and manage solar projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition), G99 grid connection standards, and HSE regulations.
- Conduct site surveys, manage procurement, and oversee installation and commissioning.
- Mitigate risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain safety and quality standards.
- Provide expertise on PV systems, inverters, and electrical infrastructure.
