Key Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate vehicle repairs in line with estimates and insurance requirements, maximizing labor sales.
- Maintain high-quality standards to minimize rework and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and report any additional damage beyond the initial estimate.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Complete all documentation to the company's defined standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as Manufacturer/Insurer standards.
- Comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations.
- Use products and materials economically to minimize waste.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in vehicle body repair and painting.
- Skilled in working accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Committed to continuous improvement and training.
