My client is an established, globally recognised investment management firm with stunning offices in the City of London, within walking distance from main stations such as Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street.
They are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join them in an on-going temporary opportunity, with the potential to convert into a permanent role after approx. 6 months. They work in the offices 4 days a week, with 1 day from home and work either 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm.
This is an incredibly busy role so the successful team assistant will be calm, able to work under pressure and have experience supporting multiple people within a team. Experience of BOTH booking travel and processing expenses using Concur is ESSENTIAL so please keep this in mind when applying.
They are looking for Team Assistants who have experience of working in large financial corporations, with a global name in the market, and experience of managing multiple diaries and booking regular, international travel for a number of Directors, Managing Directors and Analysts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO;
- High volume diary management
- Processing expenses in Concur and liaising with internal teams
- Arranging complex international travel
- Monitoring inboxes and maintaining quick response times
- Providing holiday over for other Assistants
- Phone coverage and screening calls as necessary
- General administrative team support
WHO YOU ARE;
- An experienced Team Assistant in a similar role within financial services
- Experience of supporting a team of 5+
- Experience of both booking travel and processing expenses using Concur
- Strong Microsoft skills, especially Outlook
- Ability to push back where required and can offer examples of working under pressure
- Proactive and professional approach who works well as part of a team
