Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm (1 hour lunch) / School Hours would be considered (9.00am - 15.00pm)
Contract Type: Full or Part time / Fixed 3 month contract
An opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join a small team in Melbourne, Cambridgeshire
As a Purchasing Administrator your duties will include:
- To support the team with raising and processing purchase orders
- Logging information accurately onto a spreadsheet
- Answering the phone
- Keeping the office clean and tidy
- Making refreshments for the rest of the team and visitors.
Ideal candidates for the Purchasing Administrator:
- Must have attention to details
- Happy to work in quiet working environment
- Have purchasing or strong administration experience
- Be committed for 3 months
- Be available immediately or 1 to 2 weeks time.
