A well-established and highly respected Independent Fostering Agency is currently recruiting for a Supervising Social Worker to join its dynamic team covering the Midlands area.

**About the Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a key role in:

  • Providing high-quality support and supervision to foster carers
  • Ensuring foster placements are safe, stable and meet the needs of the children
  • Conducting regular supervision visits, assessments and training
  • Working closely with local authorities and other professionals to safeguard children

You'll work in a hybrid capacity - spending time both in the Edgbaston office and working from home - with occasional evening and weekend flexibility required.

**What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Previous fostering experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
