Solicitor – Court of Protection – Tunbridge Wells

This is an excellent opening for a qualified Solicitor with at least 1-3 years + experience in Court of Protection matters to join this passionate and talented firm. You will be undertaking fee earning work, conducting and progressing Court of Protection and related matters for clients, providing an outstanding level of service.
This will also include drafting of court applications including witness statements and associated documents; attending court hearings; supervising Paralegals in the team and running your own caseload with supervision at Partner level and drafting and assisting in the administration of Personal Injury Trusts.
You will also maintain client relationships and be instrumental in helping to win new business.
ABOUT YOU:
You will have good "hands on" Court of Protection experience with skilled client facing and interpersonal competence. You will be comfortable in managing your own caseload, and with what can be demanding circumstances and at times challenging client matters. Self-motivated and organised, attentive and compassionate.
