Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Fleet Coordinator based in Basingstoke. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
- To provide day to day Fleet support in the management, maintenance and servicing of all vehicles
- To proactively assist the fleet team in ensuring compliance with all statutory health and safety requirements and other legal obligations covering the provision of company vehicles.
- Answering Fleet Enquires telephone line, responding to generic Fleet email enquiries
- Contacting operatives to confirm MOT and Service attendance
- Booking hire vans as required and updating Fleetcheck system
The candidate :
- Strong administration skills
- Experience using a variety of different IT systems
- Experience in transport or fleet would be beneficial
