We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced General Admin to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and is available to start immediately. While experience in a HR setting is advantageous, it is not essential.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and respond to all incoming communications.
- Maintain and organise files, records, and office databases.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks.
- Handle office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be in the process of applying.
