Job Description:
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for converting b2b and b2c enquiries, making changes and ammendments.
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings across both direct and trade channels.
- Drive bookings by proactively following up on leads and identifying opportunities to upsell or tailor itineraries.
- Build trust and loyalty through effective communication and strong relationships with clients and travel agents.
- Stay current with travel products and experiences to confidently guide customers and influence buying decisions.
- Deliver seamless support throughout the customer journey, from first contact to post-departure follow-up.
- Resolve any service issues or booking changes efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Keep accurate CRM records and ensure all booking details, updates, and interactions are logged correctly.
Experience Required:
- Travel industry experience is essential
- An enthusiasm for travel and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and travel reservation software
