Job Title: Finance Manager

Position Overview: The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company and its associated UK businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company and its associated entities.

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Monitor financial performance using individual P&Ls for each business.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Head of Finance to determine the division of workload.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and integration.

  • Software Integration:

  • Address the integration of Deputy software/hardware.

  • Bridge the gap between Accounts and HR to streamline processes.

  • Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

  • Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.

  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (9am to 6pm)
  • Location: Fully office-based at 6-8 Hemming Street, London E1 5BL.
