Job Title: Call Centre Manager
Salary: £27,500 to £30,000
Location: Wolverhampton
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Call Centre Manager for a fantastic business in Wolverhampton. The company is projected to see a substantial amount of growth and this role would be ideal for someone who is looking to grow and develop with a company.
The Candidates requirements and responsibilities:
- The candidate would be responsible for leading a growing team.
- Having previous experience as Call Centre Manager or Team Leader would be essential.
- Strong Managerial and Motivational skills would be essential for this role.
- Be able to review, analyse and improve all processes and queries.
- Be confident when it comes to decision making.
- Supporting with recruitment of the team.
- Managing staff - general ER, Rotas, KPIS etc.
- Leading sales meetings.
- Reporting data and statistics to the members of the company at board level.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WOULD HAVE CALL CENTRE MANAGEMENT/TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE!!
