If you are an experienced Food Production or Shift Manager, you could be just the person to join our Operations Team.

Working Friday to Sunday

, you'll be responsible for performance, productivity and people. You'll oversee 8-10 production lines – and in case you're wondering about the products your team will pack, we work with pretty much every tree nut you can think of!

As you know, in food production core objectives are focused around the KPI's that feed into the balance scorecard. They'll matter to you, as more than just a tick-box – your drive to deliver will keep your SIC board green!

We're a hands-on company, so you'll be out on the factory floor, mentoring and coaching your teams. However, we want to develop you too, so you'll be set projects to work on – often focused across the wider site such as continuous improvement and waste reduction. Whatever you get involved in, we want you to play a role in our future, because we want it to be your future too.

The detail: -

Job role: Front Line Manager / Shift Manager/ Production Manager

Shift:

  • Friday - 11pm to 7am - 8hrs
  • Saturday - 7pm to 7am - 12 hrs
  • Sunday - 7pm to 11pm - 4hrs

Salary:

up to £20,741.76
