Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time/permanent and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Office based)

We are delighted to be recruiting for one of our long standing clients, over the years we have recruited most of the staff in the office so we know that they are a lovely bunch, this role has been created through their continued expansion.This is a really exciting time to join the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Follow up on quotes sent to clients
  • Manage and update databases and filing systems
  • Provide support to the production team by assisting with documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining records
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
