Lead Applications Developer

£65,000-£80,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Lead App Developer to join the fast-growing team of one of our clients!
For this role it is key that you have a strong background with mobile development (React Native) software, and a good understanding of Agile working environments.
Responsibilities:
- Leading/mentoring a team of 8.
- Take part in the hands-on development and design of application solutions.
- Help to define and maintain an agile software development lifecycle.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Recognise trends in technology and across the business and manage the introduction of new technologies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with React Native, TypeScript, Jest.
- Previous experience in a Senior/management role.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks and practices for the use of developing software for mobile applications.
- Good technical communication skills.
- Proven experience of stakeholder engagement.
For this role you will be required to commute to Manchester on a hybrid basis.
