Day-to-Day of the role:
- Ensuring Customers fulfil their payment obligations on time and maintaining meticulous records.
- Monitoring customer payment performance, processing requests, and managing administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assessing customer credit using industry standards and making informed decisions to approve or deny credit.
- Negotiating payment plans, establishing terms and conditions, and setting up repayment schedules.
- Collaborating with the head of credit to support legal actions in cases of delayed payments.
- Working closely with third parties as necessary to facilitate debt recovery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
