You will be working closely with the senior leadership team to drive process improvements and embed the business strategy.
Description
As the Head of Manufacturing you will be developing improvement initiatives and leading a manufacturing department in ensuring operational best practice is embedded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a manufacturing/operational department and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives strategies to enhance efficiency, improve processes and improve cost-effectiveness
- Create and execute a detailed plan targeting operational performance enhancements in line with customer requirements
- Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People (SQDCP) metrics to drive improvements and ensure compliance
- Work cross functionally to align all departments on transformation initiatives
- Liaise directly with the board to set and deliver actions and ensure targets are achieved
- Lead the development and management of risks and opportunities to achieve business growth to customer plans
- Implement robust inventory management practices to minimise stock-outs and excess inventory, while maintaining optimal levels
- Establish a strong customer engagement baseline delivery
Profile

Job Offer
