As the Exams Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of exams administrators and ensuring the smooth delivery of candidate-facing services. With a focus on customer service and operational efficiency, you will play a vital role in supporting the examination process for thousands of candidates.
�? Your Key Responsibilities:
- Line management of a team of administrators, including resource management and overseeing objectives.
- Budget management, including invoice approval and monitoring income against targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving escalated operational complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth exam sittings and capacity planning for future intakes.
- Participate in global partnership, budget oversight, and project board meetings.
�? Your Experience:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in line management within an exams, training, or learning environment.
- The ability to familiarise yourself quickly with relevant exams and associated platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with professionals at all levels.
