What you will be doing,
- Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
- Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
- Gathering data to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
- Assisting with the drafting of reports to ensure they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
- Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
- Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Assist in the management of client relationships
The ideal candidate will:
- Must have a genuine interest in financial services and preferably private clients
- Have an academic background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
- Graduate from a Russell Group university.
- Have strong business and commercial awareness
- Have a strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions
- Are a strong problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
- Are a great communicator
- Be proactive and eager to learn
