We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Manager to oversee and manage key client relationships across the Greater London region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management, preferably in a global or multinational context.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
