Altum Consulting are partnering with a leading multi-site property organisation in their search for an experienced FP&A Manager. This role is for an initial 12-month period and candidates must be able to start immediately/short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage consolidated capex forecast/budget models
- Strategic partnering with the Property team to drive portfolio value
- Refine group cash flow forecast and corporate overhead models
- Support quarterly reforecasts and annual budget cycles
- Drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
- Manage and develop an FP&A Analyst
You'll be/have:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Proven experience in capex and cash flow forecasting
- Team leadership experience
- Excellent Excel modelling skills and proficiency in data analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to leadership
- Experience managing direct reports
- SAP knowledge (desired)
