Customer Service Administrator

Our fantastic client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join the business for the next 3 months. This role would suit someone with previous office experience and a passion for customer service.

Duties:

  • Provide a first-class service to customers through face-to-face, email, and telephone contact
  • Ensure customer enquiries are responded to within timescales
  • Escalating queries to the relevant colleague or department as necessary
  • Accurately record customer contact information on the CRM system
  • Process customer applications within statutory timescales, liaising with relevant teams
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Assist the team with queries and complaints as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience handling calls from customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
