Operations Team Leader
Overview
The Team Leader will sit within the Portfolio Manager Operations division and lead a team and oversees the administration of insurance and/or reinsurance accounts and contracts This includes establishing and maintaining contractual data, processing the insurance and/or reinsurance account bookings, claims handling and cash flow management. You will also support the underwriters in administrative activities related to the underwriting process.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse range of duties and responsibilities, multi-tasking and engaging with different stakeholders.
What you need to show
- Knowledge gained within the global (re)insurance markets
- Experience of working in an Operations, Technical Accounting or an Underwriting Assistant role.
- A proven track record in team leadership / management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Business Objects / Power BI / Tableau / Excel is beneficial
