Role: Systems Training Consultant

Location: Home/Hybrid working, Base Location Manchester with travel throughout the UK: London, Hemel Hempstead, Manchester Birkenhead, Glasgow, Lytham St Annes, and Durham

IR35 Status: Inside via Umbrella

Duration: 9 Month Initially

Day Rate: £400 per professional day

Level of Clearance: SC, or willing to undergo Security Clearance upon joining.

Role Overview

The Systems Training Consultant will work with Client's delivery teams to develop and deliver blended training programmes for our external customer. This role requires a holistic training approach developing, and delivering in-person, virtual, digital content as well supporting users with deskside support and floorwalking.

This role would suit someone who is a bit of an all-rounder, looking to build on their training development and delivery experience, expanding their knowledge working on a broad range of training solutions and projects.

  • Multi skilled with experience in design and delivery of system training solutions.
  • Experience working with and delivering training to contact centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing application training materials including presentations, quick reference guides, bite sized videos, elearning and other digital learning solutions.
  • Delivering training in a variety of ways including in person, virtual classroom, and digital training via a LMS or similar.
  • Providing floor walking and deskside support to new users of the system.
  • Working to an agreed plan, ensuring development and delivery activities successful achieved.
  • Supporting the Training Project Manager and wider team with key deliverables.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ experience in developing and delivering F2F, virtual and digital system training solutions.
  • Experience in using content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia or similar, to produce eLearning and video training solutions.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with working on Service Now applications.
  • Experience with developing and delivering system training for Contact Centres.
