Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £25,000
We are working for a manufacturing business based in Knaresborough that is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Administration to join their fun and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquires via phone, email and social media
- Process sales orders/quotes and updating the CRM Database
- Collecting customer payments and quote details
- Prepare and analyse customer reports
- Handle courier collection/delivery queries and any delays
- Adhere to Health & Safety and company policies
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact confidently at all levels
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
