What You'll Do
- Network Maintenance & Support-Ensure smooth operation of both on-site and cloud network services.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, with additional compensation for your expertise.
- Technical Upgrades-Lead enhancements to cloud services and on-site network technology.
- Work closely with the IT Services team to swiftly resolve service-affecting incidents.
What We're Looking For
- Proven skills in network infrastructure, particularly with Cisco hardware, wireless LANs, VPN, MPLS, IPSEC, EIGRP, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
- Background in delivering network upgrades and working in a 24/7 support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in engaging with end-users at all levels across the organisation.
