Our client is an IT & Telecoms Company in London, with a comprehensive portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions and a growing and diverse client base for whom they advise on, implement and manage ICT infrastructure.
They are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.
Key areas of Responsibilities
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices and bills.
- Completing purchase orders
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Managing company ledgers and intercompany transactions
- Processing business expenses
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Assisting the finance department and Finance Manager with various ad hoc tasks
- Posting daily receipts
- Reporting on debtors and creditors
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Bookkeeping using Sage 200.
- Liasing internally and with other departments to timely process invoices to customer and process supplier invoices.
