Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all governance processes within the organisation.
- Manage a team providing secretarial support to the board and committees.
- Ensure best practices in corporate governance.
- Lead board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Advise senior leadership and key stakeholders on corporate governance matters.
