I am looking for an experienced
Composite Laminator
to join an exciting client of ours who predominantly support the
Aerospace
sector
.
This position will be working responsible for
kitting, layup, bagging and de-bagging of components.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry.

7am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-12pm Friday

Job Description
- Prepare tools by cleaning and applying release agents, and perform kitting and lay-up operations, including cutting and aligning materials on the mold surface according to the build sequence.
- Apply vacuum bagging techniques and manufacture breather bag material kits as needed.
- Conduct cure operations per engineering methods using autoclaves, ovens, and vacuum pumps, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Attend start-of-shift meetings to review targets, address issues, and escalate any concerns to team leaders promptly.
