  • Location: Bordon, Hampshire
  • Job Type: Part-time, 20hrs week (4hrs per day)
  • Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract - 8 months (with potential continuation for the right candidate)
  • Salary - £24-£26k pa FTC

My client is seeking an Operations Coordinator with a flair for administration and a passion for data presentation. This role is ideal for someone experienced in online survey administration and reporting, eager to contribute to our benchmarking services. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and ready to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administering online surveys, including uploading, monitoring participation, and updating CRM systems.
  • Weekly reporting on survey participation and creating informative charts and graphics for reports.
  • Drafting reports using PowerPoint templates and managing report distribution.
  • Assisting with the production of weekly summaries and supporting chart creation and data handling for other services.
  • General reporting and CRM administration as required by the Operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Intermediate Excel skills, including chart creation and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in report design, primarily using PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of written English (A level or above).
  • Proofreading skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication, listening, and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • General computer literacy, including Office365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc).
  • Potential future responsibilities include supporting online event services, managing Zoom meetings, and assisting participants.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with survey software (e.g., Momentive/SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Forms).
  • Knowledge of procurement practices (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with online meeting software, including Zoom and Teams.
