- Manage your own desk - showcasing entrepreneurial skills
- Strategic business development - B2B sales calls and written sales
- Souring candidates using Reed.co.uk (UK's largest CV database) and Indeed
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
- Gain and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates
