You don't have to be an experienced recruiter for this role, as the Uxbridge Business Support specialism is well-established and extremely successful. The specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies from administrators and Receptionists to Customer Service Advisors, Sales Consultants and up to senior level managers across Uxbridge and surrounding areas.

  • Full 360 recruitment including winning your own business
  • Manage your own desk - showcasing entrepreneurial skills
  • Strategic business development - B2B sales calls and written sales
  • Souring candidates using Reed.co.uk (UK's largest CV database) and Indeed
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates
  • Gain and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates
